Dubrovnik - conflict during filming an American singer

 

Yesterday, on 19.08. at 1.35 hrs a report was received from the 56 years old man from Dubrovnik that he was physically attacked in the Old city port in Dubrovnik.

Police officers of the Police Station Dubrovnik immediately came to the scene of the event and in an interview  with the reporter and persons who happened to be there, established that about 1.30 hrs in the part of the Old city port in Dubrovnik, during filming of an American singer, there was a conflict between the 56 years old man and a bodyguard of an American singer. In this conflict 56 years old man did not suffer serious wounds.

 

When the police officers came to the place of event, they didn't find the bodyguard of an American singer, since he went away with a speedboat after the very event and before the police came.

Yesterday,  on 19.08. a report of the 56 years old man was received in the premises of the Police Station Dubrovnik related to the mentioned event, which was forwarded to the competent Municipal State Attorney’s Office.

 

Carried out investigations established that 56 years old man from Dubrovnik and the Dutch national (1978) committed a misdemeanour from the Act on misdemeanours against public peace and order and against the subject persons indictment proposal was submitted to the competent Misdemeanour court. In the framework of conducting inquiries the passport was temporarily seized from the Dutch national  as a caution measure. Today, the 20^th of August, he approached before the competent Misdemeanour court.
